Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I own an online shop at jellibean.co.uk and currently have a logo which I believe is a little weak. I'm looking for something similar but stronger in terms of brand. The colours should be kept to GREY, BLACK and RED only, a combination or seperate is fine.
I'm looking for a logo that can draw attention to the 'i' as the word is spelt differently from the normal 'jellybean'.
The shop sells mobile phone cases and covers for all the leading mobiles.
I really like the font used on http://www.viking-direct.co.uk so may be looking for something similar although happy to see what you can do with any font. Clever use of design and an added pictorial logo may be beneficial.

Please note Im NOT looking to for a jelly bean to be any part of the design.
