Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Design a logo for an online payment platform registered as PAYCOW.co.uk.

The logo needs to represent that, by using Paycow, your money is safe and secure. It should evoke a feeling of trust. It should be serious and yet the cow needs to have character to be humanised. It will be used in a short info clip similar to the 'how it works' vid on Design crowd. The question is therefore should this be different from the logo or will it be possible to animate a logo, without the logo being too gimmicky or cheesy. It must not confuse itself with dairy or chocolate brands.
Key characteristics of the brand: Honesty, Trust, Security and ease of process.
Colours: I will leave to your design flair.
Process: Paycow is the middleman holding money until goods are exchanged and both parties happy. At this point money is released.

Some of my thoughts which I can't draw:

Cow standing up right, smiling with arms crossed and leaning on a large square bank style money safe (signifies your money is safe with Pay cow)

Simple monochrome of side elevation of cow. Strong and confident (maybe confused with clothing brand?!)
