Sorry, but what you are describing is far too complicated for an effective logo. Name one big company with a logo even half that complicated? It's too much.

If you move forward with this concept expect problems and visibility issues when the logo is scaled down to small sizes. Just some friendly advice :0)

It depends how you intend to use it and where it will be seen. What you are describing would be fine for a flyer, a poster, a billboard etc, but imagine it shrunk down to the size of an icon on a smartphone. All that detail which looks great at larger sizes will be lost, and the logo will just look like a muddled mess of blobs.

The best logos are very simple. Think of companies like Apple, Nike, McDonalds etc, all very simple logos.

Detail in logos tends to becomes muddled and illegible when scaled down in size. If you want a lion, great, have a lion, but I would suggest you keep it at just a lion and a crown with minimal detail. Any detail needs to be bold enough to hold up when the logo is scaled down.
