Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Thanks for your email. I'm looking for our white paper to be redesigned which would be used both digitally (on landing pages, emailed, etc.) and will be produced (printed) to be given out at tradeshows.
In it's current form, the white paper is very content heavy and light on visual elements. I provided a link within the brief to give designers an idea of what I'm looking for in terms of transforming the paper into something more visually engaging, which could mean less text on each page using more images on pages, call outs, etc. Here's the link I provided in the brief: http://images.solutions.lexisnexis.com/Web/LexisNexis/%7B177f9703-1295-48cf-b64f-a12259a04a1b%7D_Playbook_Healthcare_Dive_Approved_Web_File_05.31.2019.pdf
We need our white paper on state mandated benefits redesigned (background is we had to rush to get our final copy in layout and design and produced it quickly to send to a conference. Now that we have some time, we'd like to have it designed correctly so we can distribute it more broadly and so it's more visually engaging). All of the content and copy needs to remain as is in the attached document but instead of it appearing so copy heavy, would like to see new options for a redesigned white paper that's more visually appealing. Here's an example/inspiration for this redesign: http://images.solutions.lexisnexis.com/Web/LexisNexis/%7B177f9703-1295-48cf-b64f-a12259a04a1b%7D_Playbook_Healthcare_Dive_Approved_Web_File_05.31.2019.pdf
I love the layout and images they use on every page vs. our paper that is heavy on content. I'm okay with more pages as I think in this format, the content will be more digestible and engaging.

Where would this white paper live and who are we sending it to?
This file would live in our content library so our team, primarily our sales team could send it to health plans (our target market) key decision makers (think executives and managers) in addition to distributing it to industry partners (like America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and other organizations to be included on their website, sent to their health plan stakeholders, included as an insert in health care publications (i.e. Managed Care)) . Additionally, we have a blog post already written to promote this white paper, driving people to a landing page to download it and will eventually be included in our resource center on our website (http://go.amplifonusa.com/the-hearing-benefit-resource-center).
Imagery direction:
-Would like to see images of a diverse group of people in terms of race, sex and age
-Images don't need to include only older people - image of grandparents/ adults with young kids in the photos are fine - we actually like to use multi-generational photos in our materials (check out our website for more info and to see the images we use: https://www.amplifonusa.com/. Additionally, here's a link to our B2B blog that may help with regard to seeing what type of images we like to use: http://blog.amplifonusa.com/partners). I've attached a medicare advantage deck that includes imagery as an example and to see how our brand guidelines are used in a presentation - this deck is created for a very important part of the health plan audience we are targeting - FYI see deck for more context.)
-I've included the map JPG file as seen on page 7
-I've attached many of our stock images that we've purchased that we use if you would like to use these, which is optional.
-I've also attached a couple icons that you can use. I've included the master pages of the icons that we have for our brand. Just let me know if you need any. Didn't want to send them all over.
I've attached our brand guidelines, fonts and logos.
Note: Amplifon is our parent company so even in the brand guidelines they show the logo as Amplifon, ours is Amplifon Hearing Health Care. We also don't use green as an overall color or background nor the green gradient (which is more of a teal) as that is our sister company's color (Miracle-Ear).
File needs/packaging: Need packaged InDesign files, link images AND include as separate files; ensure colors, fonts and logos match Amplifon Hearing Health Care brand guidelines (not our parent company Amplifon). Thank you and please let me know if any questions come up or you are in need of any other files.
