Podcast-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a podcast logo design that attracts audience to my new podcast.
The podcast is called in Swedish: HR Digitaliseringspodden which in English means The HR digitalization podcast
The audience will be Human Resources people eg people people and will educate these people in how technology solutions can make life better for the employees, HR teams, managers as well as the business. HR people are usually not that into technology and it can be a bit scary. The podcast will have guests that explains terms used like what is AI - Artificial Intelligence, what solutions are there out there and how can they bring value. Lowering the barriers for HR people to start using HR technology.
I have a logo for my company (Duvnäs Management Consulting AB) and have added the description of colors etc into the brief which can be used for inspiration as well as the logo. I have also added some photos of myself but not sure if that should be included or not in the logo. I am open for suggestions.
The final design should be a mix of digitalization and something softer/emotional to attract the audience. Neither my company nor my own name is a known brand so do not have to be part of the design.

• Too exotic symbols as the audience won't connect to that. We live in Sweden and have no exotic birds or flowers.
• don't make the Duvnäs logo a main part, either small or not included.
