Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm looking for a logo for my new restaurant "Possum Trot" we're a full service restaurant that specializes in homemade fried chicken & catfish. The name Possum Trot comes from my dads hometown Possum Trot, Texas. It's a very small town no more than 200 people in the backwoods of East Texas. I'm looking for a logo that I can use for branding on marketing materials such as T-shirts and hats and also Food items such as napkins cups and food labels. Below I have posted a mock of the logo. Its the Letters PT outlined by a Chicken Wing. I would like the Chicken wing outline to be yellow and the PT inside to be black with a read circle around it. Also I would like the PT to be more recognizable inside the Chicken wing. The Houston Rockets logo that I have posted is what I would like the final version to look like
