T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a tshirt designed for an All Girls School whose mascot is named the "Bruisers". A Bruiser mascot is a young girl toddler/child between the ages of 4-6 years old wearing red boxing gloves, and having one bruised black eye. The child should have a tough determined expression and be holding up her gloves in a fighting position. I would like the tshirt to show a young girl/toddler from the waist up holding up her boxing gloves in a fighting stance and have the word "Bruisers" somewhere in the design (maybe curving up below the child). She should have one black bruised eye. She should have her hair curl up in the front of her head. Her hair color can be blonde, brown, or black, as long as the logo looks good against a black or blue tshirt. The design will be on shirts that are either black or Royal Blue, so the design should look good on those color shirts.I would like the design to be in a retro hipster style reminiscent of the 1940's-1960's but have a current graphic design
