Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

English: For my project, https://high-performer-teams.com, I need a new logo. The idea is to coach and consult companies for modern management techniques like agile management etc. The concept is to use a more humane, appreciative treatment of employees to gain better financial results. The logo should stand for both trust, performance and dynamic. Please understand that I do not want to convince "classic" managers focussing on control and domination, but those open to change and modern ways of thinking. In the limbic map concept (https://www.gruender.de/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/Limbic-Map.jpg) the following values are relevant: - Elitism, Assertiveness, Performance - Open-Mindedness, Tolerance , Flexibility The second to the first. The concept is NOT about power, status, fame, etc. I want to use the logo both as a standalone, as well as a stamp / watermark effect for the website header's background (see attachment as a rough concept for positioning - but that's just the idea of how it could have been done). The new logo should NOT show anything about the business model image. The main color on the website is RGB: 89a452 You can use this or a complementary color. Along with the standalone logo image, I need it implemented on the background as described. I need it as SVG for InkScape, EPS / AI and PNG. The goal is to achieve better economic results through a more humane approach to employees. The logo should therefore both exude confidence and be powerful, dynamic (focus on the latter). Please note that the logo is NOT intended to appeal to traditional managers (dominance in the foreground), but explicitly decision-makers who are open to modern ways of thinking and changes in the company - but who also want to achieve more economically. In the sense of the Limbic Map (https://www.gruender.de/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/Limbic-Map.jpg) the focus is on the following values: - elite, enforcement, achievement - openness, tolerance, Flexibility The concept is that openness, flexibility, etc. increase the company's performance. It should be separated from power, status, fame, etc. My offer explicitly refers to companies that want to distance themselves from these values. I would like to put the logo like a "stamp" or "watermark" over the current header image (https://cdn.shortpixel.ai/client/q_lossless,ret_img,w_2000,h_513/https://high-performer -teams.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/cropped-AdobeStock_269855688.jpeg). A rough positioning I have shown in the picture in the appendix; but here it is more about the idea, of which you may like to deviate in detail. But I also want to be able to use the logo independently. Since I also want to use it as a "portrait" of the Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/highperformerteams/), it should work in any case as a square format. The current portrait picture shows a model developed by me, which I want to replace there with the new logo. The main color I use on the website is RGB: 89a452. The logo should either pick up this color or use a complementary color. The result should be next to the logo files and the graphics in which the logo is centered on the header image. Otherwise I really need SVG (for use in InkScape), EPS / AI and PNG formats.
