Requirement
We are coming up to our 20th anniversary and looking for a fresh new logo that not only reflects our years in business, but also convey the type of business we are. We are looking for a logo that is modern, clean & crisp.

About Our Current Logo:

Our current logo (which is attached) contains an icon (We call it a frog paw) as well as company name. The icon, which is an important component of our existing design, represents a file distribution network where the large "circle" on the right represents the central hub with connecting hubs attached (smaller circles). THE FROG PAW CANNOT BE ALTERED (i.e. Rotated, stretched, etc.) but it should be enhanced.

-What we are looking for -

1. We want the similar design concept in that an Icon would be required as well as text based company name.
2. We have needs for both horizontal logos and stacked logos
3. At times the icon is the only branded element we use so the icon needs to be easily identifiable as it is often used at tradeshows .
4. We would like “20th anniversary” incorporated in the logo, but not the main element so we can remove that portion when need be.
5. We require a non outlined vector as the final deliverable
