Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new/updated logo for our job matching platform, Careerland.com. We have been running Graduateland.com for 10 years, a job marketplace for student jobs, graduate programs, internships etc - but now, we've outgrown the student segment and are going for the more senior job seekers. Our current Graduateland logo is a graduation cap, which doesn't go well with the new senior focus. Therefore, we are looking for a logo design that uses the green brand identity of Graduateland, but with a new glyph - a new logo that communicates career, progression, matching.

It's important that the style remains simple, clean, modern.
