Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Sagarak is a Finnish construction consultancy specializing in cohousing. It was founded by two professional ladies whose aim is to provide quality services for individuals and families in creating and leading cohousing projects. Cohousing is a method of housing development where a group of future inhabitants participate in the goal-setting and formulation of their future homes. Cohousing often also means that the people engaging in it wish to lead a community-oriented lifestyle. We believe that this reflects a broader societal megatrend, where people no longer settle to the role of consumers but want to become the actors and creators of their everyday environment. To our experience this also promotes sustainable ecological, social and financial choices and contributes in a big way not only to the well-being of the individuals involved but also to that of the environment and the society. In short: We believe that we a creating a significant, future-oriented business!About the logo:Sagarak, the name of the company, is composed of two parts, latin-derived "saga" meaning "wise woman" (which we think we are) and "rak", which refers to Finnish word "rakennus", meaning construction. So we are wise women in the construction business.We wish for the logo to reflect this and the purposes of our business. As we believe that the name of the company is very good, we think the name should be the logo or at least it should be present in the logo.
