Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are after a logo for our new Boutique café that will be serving high end food, that has point of difference to all other generic café concepts.
We would like the word " Texture" in larger lettering and the word "café" in smaller lettering. Play with the letter X in texture is predictable but we are open to all ideas.
Our Tag line is,; Taste , Experience, Indulge.
Range of colours we are looking at are white/cream, black, red, chrome. These colours are usually associated with Japanese restaurants so we want to avoid that impression
But again we are open to any ideas presented.
Our Target market are people on their way to work to pick up a great coffee, as well as their lunch, as well as the family market.
We want this to be the café for the cool cats, that like to be different.
we are after a modern, forward thinking design
