Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo designed for my company called Estim8 Careers. We are a recruitment specialist providing estimators to the construction industry in the UK and Europe. We are the only specialist agency in the UK providing estimators.

The strap line for the business is, 'building a brighter future' I have attached a word document with additional notes. I'm looking for a logo design that will give the impression that the company is a young and dynamic company. I do not want a traditional times new roman logo and text.
