eBook-Abdeckung-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi there! I am an indie author and this is my first attempt to publish my first book. My stories always have a hidden meaning about family, love amongst the siblings, friendship, bravery and other values that I think it is important for kids and teens to know.
Since I am new at the industry, I don't know how things work but I hope that the following description of my project is helpful:

I need a book cover for a children’s fantasy book, 10+ years old. The book is under fantasy, mystery and adventure category. It's a bit scary and dark. Think of Goosebumps! I would also like the cover page to be on e- book format, too. I would like to see the paperback at the size of 5’’ * 8’’. It is about 105 A4 Word pages now. As I said I don't have previous experience with this, so if you need any other technical details or if you have any other questions in general, please let me know.

Regarding the cover page design, I thought to add the intro of the story. It may give you ideas (suggestion 1):
“In the heart of the forest is a house made of stone. It has an attic, and a long chimney rises out of the ceramic-tiled roof. There are no other houses nearby; it’s stood there alone for hundreds of years.
Rumour has it, that every year in August, when the brightest full moon looms high in the sky, a beam of green light from the attic window shines into the forest.
No one knows what goes on in that house, let alone in the attic. The residents of the neighbouring village kept well away, and whoever lived in the house had little, if any company.
There was a “FOR SALE” sign in the garden, as well-worn as forgotten hope”.
I imagine mist around the forest and the feeling should be kind of dark.

(suggestion 2) :
Based on the story, the enchanted painting is inside the dark attic of the house where there are covered furniture with white bedsheets, wooden old floor and the painting is mixed colours like modern art. The painting should be a bit blurry and shiny.

I am also open to other suggestions though based on the story. I encourage you to be as creative as possible!
