Mind, body, spirit wellness coaching- you come here to learn mindfulness that is sustainable for you. Create a mindful space inside and we design spaces in your life to reflect what you've cultivated inside through practice.

This is for my new wellness company which is a mindfulness consulting organization. I partner with clients (individuals and groups) through therapy, training/ coaching and design to create a personalized curriculum so that they have reproducible rituals, practices and habits to support a mindfulness practice.
