Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a basketball trainer who is looking for a new logo. The previous logo (attached) I created myself. I would like a much more professional looking logo designed, however I would like it to bear some resemblance to the original logo (though I will consider logos that are completely different).
I need something which looks extremely professional and people will look at and say "This must be a big-deal, high end company." But being in the basketball/sports industry, it can't be boring professional. It must be BOLD and look exciting.

Ideally it would be in the same colour scheme (black/white/orange) as the original logo and all previous branding.

I would like two different versions of the logo.
Logo 1 would be as described above - similar to my original logo, being a lot wider than it is tall.
Logo 2 would be a square shape (ie. a basketball). For example - http://tinyurl.com/qd3g3uh OR http://tinyurl.com/nlw2ojj
The two logos should be essentially the same design (fonts/colours etc), just with a different lay-out.

I will then need a copy of each logo with a white background (most likely black text) and a black background (white text).
The black background one would be my main logo and this is the more important one to be looking good.

NOTE: My example logo says "No Limits Basketball Services". On the new logo I just want it to say "No Limits Basketball" The emphasis should be on "No Limits"
