Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have a current logo that is too difficult to re-produce for marketing materials, such as fabric stitching for logo'd apparel, vinyl stickers, swag giveaways, etc.. I need the logo "flattened" to be able to be re-produced more easily as well as a few new iterations done to use on a dark background or gray scale background.

What we want:

1: Original Logo "Flattened" to a few solid colors.

2: A version in just White that can be used on Dark Backgrounds.

3: A version in Gray Scale that can be used for Gray Scale collateral.

The logo must remain the same - i.e. - Not looking for a new logo, just re-tooled/re-imagined of the same thing. Must be immediately recognized as our logo.

Please see our website at www.gen-techno.com. We have a number of lineal color icons on a lot of the pages. Would be nice to have a similar look and feel for the logo as them for the color version.
