Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a simple one page flyer. We are a florist who sell flowers, and commemorative t-shirts at graduation ceremonies, and need a flyer that can be given out to students so that they will know what is available on site. Further, we want the flyer to be editable (ie. a word template, or some other program), so that we can change the schools name, and change small bits of the copy easily.

What we are really looking for is a simple template, but we need 4 iterations of the flyer. With each of our two logos, I will need a flyer for t-shirts, and a flyer for flowers. Making 4 total. Please see breakdown below as explanation:

1, Convocation Flowers logo - flyer for flowers
2. Convocation Flowers logo - flyer for shirts
3. Commencement Flowers logo - flyer for flowers
4. Commencement Flowers logo - flyer for shirts

Please see logos for Convocation Flowers and Commencement Flowers attached, as well as a picture of flowers and of the shirts. Feel free to use those images or stock images.
