Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a logo to represent my Web Development team. The team is very technical but they also like to have fun and go against the grain a little bit in our company. We have 10 development teams that all use super hero names and use a generic logo from the super hero movies or other none creative logos.

I'm looking for a logo that can be used to print stickers that they can put on their laptops or be used on t-shirts.

The logo should have "Team Voltron" at the top in a heavy metal or techy font. The name Voltron is was selected a few year back and it has been very boring and not creative.

I would like to change that and create a unique twist for the logo. Instead of the typical logo from the show I would like to create a fun mascot that makes no sense but tells a story in its own way.

I saw this idea on the this site and would like to follow the idea of some type of animal. Cat, Dog, Tiger, anything that looks awesome.
