Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a new vector-based logo that works well in both large and small sizes. The logo is for "Team Talent Consulting". This company raises the overall performance of business employees by coaching them to work and communicate better together as a team. We work to combine the personalities and behaviors of individuals to create the perfect team, which is a combination of every individual's strengths. We improve the self-awareness of each employee so that they can be better teammates - and be happier at work.

The team should have at least 3 people. Each member of the team brings their own unique talents and personality (represented by color or shape) to the others to create something better, together.

The logo should consist of 1) a visual element (logomark) that represents individuals coming together to work as a team and 2) a logotype of "Team Talent Consulting"or creative derivative "TeamTalent Consulting".

Logo guidelines:
- The logo should be business professional, but not too stiff (we are not a bank nor a financial institution).
- The logo should also be friendly, but not too casual (we are about making people happy and productive in their workplace).
- The logo can be modern, but not futuristic.
- The logo should be able to stack both vertical and horizontal.
- The logo should be able to present itself well in all black, or all white if necessary.
- The word "Consulting" is the least important word in the logotype

You may try (optional, but not required):
- You may try to use "Team" and "Talent" together as one word in the logotype as long as they are visually unique and it is clear that they are two words being used as one logotype: "Team Talent" or "TeamTalent"
- You may use 2 lines for the logotype, such as 1st line: "Team Talent" or "TeamTalent" and 2nd line: "Consulting"

• 2) The font used in the logotype must be outlined and the typeface identified (for copyright or licensing purposes, including opensource fonts)
