Possible feedback on my entry would be muchly appreciated.
Thanks.

The autism advocacy symbol is an infinity sign, NOT a puzzle piece.

Also, we are noticing many designs are looking like sports-shoe or sports-shop brands. We're a charity. Thus, if you think your design is great, but maybe the RED is making it look like a sports brand, perhaps try a different colour?

---WHY WE ARE GIVING CERTAIN STARS---

1. Designers who show us CREATIVITY are rated higher than others.

-Our most admired creative design idea right now is MTu's design of the heart that is also a power-fist. This shows a creative mind and blending of rebellion/ care.

-Fanol Ademi's hard grainy red A logo, while perhaps not the best design, shows a creative take on our current logo-- because it has the added scratchy hardness and weathered-like image which is quite real of the autistic struggle and autistic experience. He may not have intended this as so, but we appreciate the graininess of the design.

2. Designers who show us UNDERSTANDING are rated higher than others.

-Our most admired design that shows a depth of the autistic plight is Rii's puzzle piece logo. Part of the reason why Rii's puzzle piece logo design is doing so well (in our minds) is that it shows a deep understanding of what we stand for. Using an anarchy symbol ON the puzzle piece is creative and shows a literal rebelling against the medical model of disability. So clever!

-Even christal's rainbow piece with bursting lines in a circular motion, while not our favourite, shows an identification with the neurodiversity movement (per the rainbow)

3. Designers who show us PLAYFULNESS are rated higher than others.

-Natalia 9's winged A, while perhaps not the best design, shows wild creativity, difference, and it stands out.

--WHY ARE YOU GIVING ME LOW STARS WHEN I KEEP TRYING WHAT YOU ASKED?--

-If you are receiving higher stars then your first submission, it is likely that you are not *quite* giving us what we're looking for. It is hard to describe the logo we want. This is partly because we do not know. We wanted to be inspired and go from there. Each work that is submitted helps us refine our vision of what works and what doesn't.

For example: we are not looking for a corporate logo, and the designs that look corporate, we are rating lower stars.

We want the design to advocate for people, to be showing unity and togetherness whilst rebelling from the system. It should show CARE. We are a charity.

We also want to stand out and be noticed. We need a logo that won't get lost in the sea of logos. One that makes people talk, think!

We are pleased to see the designs taking a more creative and colourful turn.

We will be showcasing a few designs (all 5 star, all 4 star and some 3 star ratings) to our community members to have them vote on which designs they like the best.

So, please get your logos in.

We're also going to be awarding a second place, and soon we will be running another competition for our other (related) initiative... so please stay on board !

Hello everyone!

Thanks so much for participating in the logo contest.

We chose our winners based on a public vote with our community, so it did not truly come down to the directors here, of Aspie Rebels.

For those of you whose designs we adored, and gave 4 to 5 stars, we want you to know that we will bookmark you and keep you in mind for future projects.

Thanks again,
Aspie Rebels
