Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Require a website for a new investor-focused estate agency portal, this will interface with our exisitng API for data posting and retrieval. We have a logo for the business, but will happily change the colour palette to suit the design.

Requirements:

1) Landing page to describe the business
- Feature line showing the latest properties in our listings
- Announcement section (e.g. mobile app coming soon)
- Text area - what we do for Investors
- Text area - what we do for Agents and sourcers
- Text area - what we do for Home buyers
- Small Q&A
- Subscription pricing description and sign up

2) Content page (product updates page)
A timeline to list list releases, new features and other improvements to the service, website and app, shown in most recent date order.

3) A property search/result page including search form

4) A single property detail page, including
- carousel for images and video
- map
- text content

5) A data entry page to enter property data into the system. This page will contain a sidebar menu, property name, address, description, and about 10 other fields (detail to be provided). The attached screen dump files are snapshot of the wireframe form used by the development team for the property entry page.
