I'm not visualizing having scissors as the main part of the logo. It can be part of an "H" or an "HH" with scissors being incorporated somehow. Visualize the logo on the technicians uniforms, the haircut cape, their supply bag, products such as shampoo, conditioner and other branded products. Should be easily recognizable but not so obvious as just a house or a pair of scissors however you can incorporate if you think it looks good!
