Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a flyer designed to promote our sightseeing tour. The flyer needs to be a 3-sided tri fold, 297mm x 210mm (will have to have bleed lines for printing). The flyer will have to compete with others on a rack so must stand out When the flyer sits in the rack only the front top 60mm can be seen so the tour title must fit in this space to catch customers attention. Our website is www.remarkablescenictours.nz and the tour is called Queenstown, Arrowtown Sightseeing & Tasting Tour" but on the flyer just "Sightseeing & Tasting Tour" I have attached a dropbox link with photos, logo and text etc. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/f91vnkysww87iud/AAAU9pFCNidoyWses4lK4ld2a?dl=0 We want the flyer to work a bit like a map in the center pages with photos and information plus lots of white space around the words due to older clients.
