Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi, I would like to have black, white and blue as the website colours but the logo should be red/orange and white. The name of the company is Education Lifeguards. It will be a website for people to use to connect to professionals with teacher experience (degree, pgce and qts). The name is a metaphor to implicitly suggest that using the company can support people to reach heir potential and be successful. E.g my idea is to use a lifeguard ring and be 4 white sections to be different hands grabbing the ring for support (see drawing). I am open to suggestions but I want it to underpin these three words: Success Support/care Inspire Thank you Laura.
