Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am renaming/rebranding my business and need a logo. I plan, design and lead small group textile tours around the world; India, Morocco, France, Japan, Uzbekistan and more amazing countries!
My demographic is women aged 55 years + I'd like to see an interesting red door in the logo (think Morocco/India!)
I'd also like to have the tag line in the logo too. I want a clean looking logo please.
The design should communicate trust, different cultures and friendliness. thanks!
