Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a new violin maker, living in Cremona, Italy, and I need a logo and business cards for my violin-making business, Fleming Violins. I would like to see business card designs that are modern and a logo design that is clean/uncluttered, possibly incorporating one or several of the following:
- an otter
- and/or a tree or three

Possible logo ideas (feel free to combine the following):
- an outline / line-drawing of an otter, possibly with trees in the background, or by himself;
- or of each of the following trees - maple, spruce, and willow - as much as the size permits that level of detail
- a compass rose *without* letters at the cardinal points

I strongly prefer an old font, an uncial if possible (evocative of the old Irish language script, think "Book of Kells") that be used on the business card while maintaining the crispness of the design. I would prefer logo designs that work in black and white/silver/pewter as I will possibly need to use the logo design in a wood brand in the future.

I would prefer to avoid overly obvious music references. If you have an idea that incorporates a subtle/background musical reference, please feel free to submit it.

I have included files of sample fonts, trees, letter designs, and an otter. None of these is mandatory to use, but should give you a better idea of what I have in mind.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Legible script/typeface. I would not be opposed to stylised initial letters (F and V). The logo design should work in at least black and white/silver, but colour would also be nice (rich jewel tones - blues, greens, burgundy)
• The images included are just samples, but they have some of the look I am hoping for

Schön zu haben

• I would like for the logo to be simple enough to potentially turn it into a brand for wood (to be heated up in order to burn the logo into the inside of a violin).
• Possible logo ideas (feel free to combine the following):
• - an outline / line-drawing of an otter, possibly with trees in the background, or by himself;
• - or of each of the following trees - maple, spruce, and willow - as much as the size permits that level of detail
• - a compass rose *without* letters at the cardinal points

Sollte nicht haben

• I would prefer to avoid obvious musical references - i.e., music notes, violins, etc.
