We are looking for a new website for a property group that does property acquisitions, property development and property management.
They buy, build and lease core inner city industrial assets in Sydney, Australia.
They also invest in residential developments.

They like few colors, even black and white is OK to submit

We have supplied some images to give you an idea, but we will also require you to provide at least 3 extra images from stock photos.
Use your imagination.

I am expecting a lot of similar designs, so be aware the photos you choose will be really important.
They want really 3 good stock photos used and supplied without charge.
Please not too generic, I repeat the quality of the photos is important.
You may provide several photos (but not in multiple submissions please) and we will choose the best three to be provided.

The winner will be selected on a single home page design and required to provide;
All photos use in original format without charge
A second ‘standard page’ template design based on the winning home page design
