Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo and font, color suggestions for a new established public union in Riga, Latvia. Idea of our movement is to develop better world by helping people to accomplish their dreams. It works like this - we will once a year gather "dream bank" where everyone (but for the beginning only women) can submit her/his dream (for example - lady wants to create a documentary film about her teacher who has made her a better person. And is making whole world a better place to live by teaching kids in loving way). Dreams we would like to support should be related with education, art, sustainability etc.
In parallel we will attract long term partners who will donor money or intellectual property to support SparkleHeart idea. (for example: coffee shop "x" rename their Latte to SparkleHeart Latte and part of incomes from sales of SparkleHeart Latte will be donated to make dreams come true).
Our ambition is to start with Latvia but in future go worldwide. It means that Sparkle Heart logo should become worldwide known better world brand. For now we are filming 99 videos with inspiring, positive ladies to tell their dream stories (please check our FB page, Sparkle Heart). Ladies are starting exPresident and finishing with just really positive persons.
We would like logo to be contemporary, modern but with emotional touch. Would be perfect if logo will already tell the story of making world better place to live, movement and energy. It has to be simple, easy to dis-plaid on different surfaces and plots.
Please provide main and supplementary color and font suggestion.
NB. In addition please find enclose material created some time ago. Please take in account, that it is out-of-date information and a bit not relevant as we will go worldview and will cover not only women but men as well.
