Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a double sided A4 hand out map for our clients when they go on our tours.
I have added a dropbox link with all photos and information.

One side will be a map with a key to local attractions and businesses etc.
We want the map to have a cartoon look (buildings must look like Westin town in USA} and only have the relevant information as noted on the word doc ATmap. We want the part of the map where all the numbers and letters are placed to be as big as possible on the page, we don’t mind if the other parts of the map are covered by the key.
I have added a map from another company to give ideas its called IMG-5045
There is an image in the dropbox called “Trail to Chinese Settlement” it has a marked trail we want put on the map.
The three different key boxes (Historic locations and photo spots, Great Local Shopping, Delicious Food Options) needs to be in three different colours and the same colours for their locations on the map.
On the back side layout we want the page to have the boxes and text in circles. IE the photo in one circle and the logo and name in small circle just overlapping the photo circle with a colored border around the circles.
It needs to look like the attached image called layout look
The final file needs to be a high res PDF
