Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking for a custom contemporary, bold logo that also has a professional feel to it. Logo needs to be creative and attractive for attention.

Color Palate is pretty open but I would like high contrast colors. Open to any color schemes not so big predominate red since it is widely used in Real Estate. I want something that will stand out nicely on real estate signs, marketing materials, etc. Want the feel to be trendy, cutting edge, professional.

DO NOT want to use what would be obvious elements in the logo like houses, buildings, the letter S etc. Want something creative and out of the box. I also like logos that are a play on words without being obvious.

I would prefer not to have an abstract element with no meaning to it. Do not want a S for the logo. Color palate is open to designers choice.

Meaning for Company Name - The Street was really to be more of a play on words in real estate and on the trendier side.
