This is for teaching personal development to a team. So many people get caught up in having to be right and prove others wrong. I want people to understand that in most cases it's not even a discussion of right or wrong but understand each others perspective.
So, what if we had the front door of a house with window panes on both sides that were stained glass. We had outside a white dog. We have 2 people inside the house on each side of the door looking at the dog. One of the people is on the left side of the door looking through light red stained glass and thinks the dog is pink. The person on the right side of the door is looking at the dog through green glass and sees the dog as green. A third person is outside looking at the dog and sees it as white.
