• The art work must be inspired by, or incorporate some of the following symbols and artefacts (does not have to be all reflected but it should have some of the followings):
• • Somaliland flag or its colours
• • Somaliland Emblem themes
• • National day: 18 May 1991
• • JSL: short form for the Republic of Somaliland in national language (Jumhuuridda Somaliland)

Schön zu haben

• Up to the designers creativity and experience. The art work needs to be inspiring projecting positivity and confidence.

Sollte nicht haben

• words such as National Day or any thing that may be considered more of a government talk.
