Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for our company based in Los Angeles, CA called "Cadence Capital, LLC". We develop, redevelop and manage residential real estate investments. We focus on both Multi-Family Real Estate (apartment buildings) as well as Single-Family Real Estate (individual homes). Our business focuses on the acquisition and remodel of distressed properties as well as the construction of new properties from the ground up. We will use the new logo on company documents, presentation slide decks, our website, business cards and other similar marketing and communication materials. The intended recipients of materials containing our logo will be current investors, prospective investors, real estate brokers, and banks and others who will provide loans for our investments. It is primarily important that our logo communicate the trustworthiness and financial stability of an investment management firm. We also view property design as an important value-add aspect of our business, and we would interested in seeing how this can be incorporated as well. The colors of our previous logo were blue and black which we like but we are also open to other ideas as well.
