Cross Roads is a startup real estate firm working to pre-lease a new small office building in College Station, TX. We're looking to capture the essence of both our community (and the intersection at which the property is located) as well as figurative crossroads for the investors. This represents a new start for many of the investors.

The building will be part of a larger development called CityView Southwest (http://www.cityview-sw.com). You may reference the site for elevations of the buildings.
