We need a logo design for an international newly found `JOYPLOSION Leadership Academy`. It provides premium online coaching programs for entrepreneurs, self-employed, and leaders in organizations. The academy% 26 # 180; s mission is to encourage leaders to focus on joy and their core energy as inner sources from which a new kind of leadership - apt for the challenges of the new world - can rise. The dominant color of the logo should be a warm and strong orange, we are looking for something minimalistic, yet energetic and catching in its simplicity. The logo should symbolize the hugh energy of joy and easiness in leading, which is quite a contrast to the fighting mode many leaders see themselves in traditionally. Once this core energy is released and the person leads from within, this energy will explode and enhance the shift from the old leadership paradigm% 26 '' thinking% 26 '' to the new one% 26 '' letting joy flow% 26 ''. The explosion of energy will call for attention, the energy radiates and attracts everything necessary for the leader to be extremely successful.
