Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need to design a military style patch. Would like it to say THEATER DEPLOYABLE COMMUNICATIONS on the top rim of the patch and CONNECTING THE WARFIGHTER SINCE 1997 on the bottom rim of the patch. In the middle I want a globe with latitude and longitude lines but no landmasses. Then going flat across the globe I want a lightening bolt with 4 stars in it and the letters TDC spaced out in them. The globe can be light blue, lightening bolt blue, stars white, TDC letters red.
