Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hey, I set myself up as an independent contractor 6-months back and created a really noddy (and to be honest quite embarrassing) logo. I was starting out on my own so wanted to keep costs down. I've now completed a contract and have others ready to go but never got round to getting a proper awesome logo.
In my job I am helping companies transform how they develop software (from older legacy methodologies like waterfall to Agile and embracing the more modern automation driven world of DevOps. I also find that the work means I'm helping clients adapt to using cloud technologies and hosting in clouds like Google and AWS. To make the changes there is always a lot of work to do in guiding the exec right down to the guys working on the floor/at the coal face. Given that I've been a CTO and CIO my role in transformation also involves Leadership (and at times I can be the leader at the "C-Suite" level on an interim basis or support people in those roles.
My company is called DCxO Limited, Digital Chief x Officer (meaning I can be a CIO, CTO or I guess a COO if needed). My strap-line is Digital Enabling Leadership, people bring me in to evolve their company to be as Digital as it can be through embracing modern software development techniques and adopting cloud based solutions over hosting solutions. To drive the evolution I find my focus is on Culture (getting the organisation thinking the right way to adopt a change in how they do things, often this means minimising command and control mentality), Vision/Strategy (creating and communicating the Target Operating Model and strategy for the organisation), People (helping them realise new ways and not to be scared of the change, essentially coaching them), Process (how to use better methods like Agile and DevOps) and Technology (helping make the right technology choices and setting principles of how things should be done.

I'm keen to get logos to cover my website that I've not yet created (large, medium and small logos), logos that I could but on clothing (T-Shirts, Shirts etc) and maybe event signs that could go on doors. I any also do stickers, badges pens etc.
I will attach my pretty lame attempt that has represented me this last 8 months.
I want the company name DCxO Limited on the logo and also my strap line of Digital Enabling Leadership
