Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

iPhone app for Live Gold Prices, "Gold Price Today" is ready for a great icon.

Please install the app and have a feel of how it works. That will give you a better idea of what the logo must represent:

1. We need an iPhone icon that is a "Straight Rectangle" with "Rounded Corners", please don't tilt, don't use perspective, create an iPhone icon (most submissions were rejected because it is not an icon).

2. Solid Gold - See the current app icon (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/gold-price-today-live-charts/id1477710328), it is a simple cut-out of a gold bar photo, the new icon must look like solid gold. Our icon was made as a quick/temporary solution, what we don't like about it: "It isn't strong enough".

3. Please look at the attached brief.png (!) that's what we want to see, a fantastic gold bar that is somewhat realistic, very strong and powerful! Many rejected submissions kept that icon in a slight perspective as we added it to brief.png, DON'T do it, please. We need an iPhone icon that is a straight rectangle with rounded corners.

Do not submit case-studies, business-cards, storefronts, only an iPhone icon, all others have to be rejected.


4. Please look at attached brief.png has some examples, how a realistic gold bar looks like.

5. Text will be "gold" or "fine gold 999.9", the main thing is "gold" (see the current icon, that was OK for us), see our other suggestions on brief.png

6. You may re-create the attached icon on brief.png and make it look realistic, with the text on it. Yes, if you have an even better idea, go with it!

*If you have really great tase and have a problem with the gold bar, please think about many, who love the shiny metal so don't worry if you're getting a bit showy/kitschy just make sure it will fit with the puritan 3 color design of the UI.
