Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello! We are looking for a marketing flyer design with the requirements below.

We would like the size to fit a flyer that is 6.25" X 9", Front and Back.

We need these to meet the USPS EDDM requirements, there are details attached for the indicias that need to be included, and where to put them on the back of the flyer.
