Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a pair of logos, one for the company and one for our flagship training program called "The Construction Warrior Challenge"<br/><br/>Our training is specially designed to help residential building companies solve construction headaches before they happen by teaching their construction teams how to anticipate and resolve construction issues in advance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. <br/><br/>Our training revolves around our flagship program called, "The Construction Warrior Challenge", which is delivered to building companies in-house by our trainers. The program moves construction teams from passively compliant to actively creative, innovative and proactive – releasing their full potential to move projects forward in the fastest, best, and most profitable way for everybody; the client, the builder and all the participating tradespeople.<br/><br/>The Construction Warrior Challenge brings together the key players in a building project to receive training that develops and installs systems and processes for enhancing collaboration in project implementation. Key people include architects, engineers, building surveyors, project managers, site supervisors, lead carpenters, and sub-contractors, e.g. concreters, plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, tilers, painters, etc.<br/><br/>The Construction Warrior Challenge is delivered in-house to builders by our professional trainers and promotes the development of leadership at every level within construction teams.<br/><br/>For the company logo we would like to see designs that use the colours Green (a green that has a bit of yellow in it), Stone and Cream/White.<br/>For the logo for The Construction Warrior Challenge we are open to suggestions for colours that would be different to the company logo but still look good alongside it.<br/><br/>The final designs should communicate energy, innovation and strength, and The Construction Warrior Challenge logo should have an element of excitement in it as well.<br/><br/>Photoshop 3D effect could be okay.
