Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am opening an LGBTQ friendly bar/pub called BTW on Long Island, in New York. I have a design that is "OK", but I'm not 100% happy with it (see attached). My goal was to have the BTW letters and a set of "welcoming arms" hugging the BTW letters to show we welcome the community. The design I attached has the hugging arms, but they just don't look natural enough. I'd like to see some new designs.

The letter font is fine, but I'm open to suggestions. The arms have to be cut-outs, so I can put different colors (or the rainbow flag) behind the letters. The rainbow flag does not have to be incorporated in the logo. I prefer a logo with just the letters/arm, so I can change the background at will. The letters, except for the arm cut-out part, should be a solid color (black?). Do not incorporate multiple colors in the letters BTW.
