Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Real Estate logo for signs, cards etc. Background should be Blue (probably like Sotheby's blue). Lettering white. Maybe the non lettering part can have touch of color - thinking yellow or dark gold. Conservative with creativity. Not cutesy. Would love if something works move creative than the typical house and definitely not a key. House(s) make sense since they do portray my business but not one of the stock photos I see used over and over. Logo to transfer easily to multiple media.

Everyone looking to buy or sell homes. Will be on yard signs, in all social media, all mail marketing, business cards etc. My brand.

double sided card. will work on detail after logo selected. Probably won't put our personal picture on card - just logo and our contact information.

HomeTown Realty is company. - Capital H and Capital T in HomeTown. Tag line is Knowledge+Service+Results (though I see dots not plus signs between tag line works). Of course open to other creative options with that.

Schön zu haben

• The color wheel doesn't have exact color but that can be done at end - a bit darker than the oneI have from color wheel - or a more "true blue". The background blue I like is similar to PANTONE 19-4052 if you want to look up. White for company name - and maybe tag line or maybe not (looking at options). Then accent in gold tone - accent on a visual above the company name and somewhere else - possibly tag line.
