Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a business that does house renovations and "flipping" (takes an old property, renovates and sells for a profit).
The logo needs to feature the colours of light blue, charcoal and white.
It is important that the logo features a house in some form so that it's instantly identifiable that they are involved in property.
It's also important that there are two forms of the logo - one featuring all of the company name and one that features the initials (RHI) which can be used when smaller logos are required.
Please see attached previous logo used. Needs to be a more professional version of this.
