We need a logo design for a new commercial real estate firm focused on raising private capital for large commercial real estate projects throughout the United States. Our ideal client is a high net worth or high income earning individual or family office seeking to invest their hard earned capital to create legacy, generational wealth by partnering with a transparent, high performance, intelligent real estate investing firm which will safely preserve and grow their capital through investments in low risk, tangible, real property assets. As a company, we strive to make an IMPACT by (1) empowering our investors to take control of their lives by educating them how to passively invest in institutional grade commercial real estate, rather than being stuck in traditional stock, bonds and mutual funds, and (2) deploying private capital into value-add, commercial real estate whereby we vastly improve the quality of our tenants livelihood and transform the surrounding neighborhoods and communities. We would like to see designs that are lively, professional, simple and ultimately convey our message above. with an emphasis on intelligence, growth and preservation. We do NOT want to see traditional, dime a dozen, real estate logos.
