Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a logo for a software product, called Big Chief.

Big Chief helps administrators with the security of their systems. Big Chief is a server which stores and manages credentials (passwords, etc) safely and securely. It has a user friendly web UI allowing administrators to access those credentials 'just in time'.

Big Chief will be open sourced this year (likely in the next few months). We hope to build a community of users and developers around it.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• We'd like a graphical logo and the stylised 'Big Chief' text.
• We want to see some logos for 'Big Chief' as a character.
• Some form of person like a builder, a boss, etc.
• We are looking for simple graphic which can be used on a transparent / white background.
• The logo could be the face or body of Big Chief. Or 'the Big Chief character' could be just one part of the logo.
• The character should have a friendly positive vibe. It could be a person, animal, or a robot. Whatever style you think (cartoony, heavily styled, shadow, silhouette, etc).
• The logo (or a version of it) would be used on app, website, favicon, user guides, etc. Most important of these is probably the website - which is where users see the logo as the 'Big Chief brand'.
• We don't mind the capitalisation of Big Chief (could be big chief, Big Chief, or whatever works best).

Schön zu haben

• The logo can be friendly, vibrant, fun, trendy, colourful - whatever you want. We want something welcoming, positive. Something that tells developers and administrators they will want to use the system.

Sollte nicht haben

• Big Chief will help users and simplify their responsibilities and worries. It's not there to stop them from working, or make life hard.
• So we don't want a logo which is harsh, unfriendly, serious, or off-putting. Nothing too corporate, or enterprise-y, and nothing like a 'stop sign'.
• We want to avoid styles which look like clipart.
• We want to avoid traditional security logos containing shields, padlocks and safes.
