We need a 2-page flyer or our Class A Oceanfront Property in Santa Monica, California. Approximately 16,149 square feet of Class A rare oceanfront office space with private balconies will be in available 4th Quarter of 2014. The SPACE has not been on the market for over 20 YEARS!
I attached our Previous 2-page flyer for the 2,353 square feet. We need a new vibrant, modern flyer that will attract Tech, Entertainment, Financial, and Marketing Companies to our building. Also, the 2nd Floor Space Plan is attached.
