Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We require a mockup preferably rendered in 3d for a single level, one sided only storefront within a shopping center. The basic layout of the build is provided in the PDF. 3 Glass panes, one window with a vertically mounted TV for advertising, and a 0.9M * 2.8M glass door for a single entry point. The Proposed sign is also provided.

The glass is framed by matte aluminium frames, we are open to having different materials placed around the glass and in the area above the glass to the ceiling space. Would prefer to have a light grey theme in that wood paneling area though.

The color pallatte throughout the internal of the building is included.
We are going for a warmer feel in the interior.
