We already have a beautiful logo and icon picked from here on DesignCrowd, now we need someone to make them into a beautiful business card for us! This business card will also function as an appointment reminder card for patients. It will be double sided and must include:

Logo and Icon to be used are attached below, along with an example of what we need.
Please do NOT use lots of red! We want the red to just be an accent. Please use grey, white, or even a muted teal for the majority of the card.
