Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a logotype for our firm based in Poland. Our main profile is erection of buildings, installing pipes in ground (name HS Budownictwo) for other organizations (on their project). We are planning to start a new company under almost the same logo - this company will be responsible for erecting new houses from start but under our own projects - a developer company (HS Deweloper).
For a HS Budownictwo we are looking for logotype easy to visable, for a HS Deweloper the color should be some different , perhaps deep purple color - more creative cuz this business involves creativity during the architectural phase of a project.
Logotype need to be simple and visable -easy to print on a clothes. on cars or machines like loaders or excavator.
"HS" is a core of logotype "budownictwo" or "deweloper" are just an addons dependent on a project owned by us or made to some other client. Logotype can by build around HS letter or as a totally new halmark.
Words to describe the meaning of a logo: strenght, accuarcy, creativity, organization, knowledge.
